Course content
There are 10 modules taught within monthly interactive, online workshops with a personal tutor. Alongside the remote workshops, there are monthly one-to-one coaching sessions with the tutor and digital learning activities planned. All workshop dates are provided ahead of the apprenticeship enrolment allowing you to plan well in advance. Modules will focus on developing your apprentice’s knowledge, skills and behaviour around the following themes:
- Industry Legislation and Compliance
- Teamwork, Inclusion and Professional Growth
- Customer Service and Communication Skills
- Industry Technology and Data Systems
- Sustainability and Environmental Awareness
- Planning
- Vehicle Maintenance and Inspection
