Will food and refreshments be provided?
Yes. Lunch and refreshments are provided for public classroom-based courses.
For in-company courses, catering arrangements are the responsibility of the course booker and may vary depending on the venue and booking requirements.
How do I advise you of dietary requirements or additional learning support needs?
Please complete our self-declaration form contained within your joining instructions at least five working days before the course start date to let us know about any dietary requirements or learning needs.

Will course manuals be provided?
Yes. For public and in-company classroom-based Dangerous Goods courses, the relevant regulatory manuals (IATA, ADR or IMDG) will be provided for use during the course and must be returned at the end.
Please note: DGSA courses are excluded.

Online Courses

For online courses you will need to have access to a hard-copy latest edition of the relevant Dangerous Goods regulatory manuals (IATA, ADR, IMDG). Digital copies are not permitted.
How do I obtain the approved publications for a DGSA course? The latest version of the DGSA approved publications can be purchased here.
Which approved publications do I need to provide for the DGSA course and exams:
1. Emergency Action Code List: Latest edition.
2. The Agreement concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road (ADR) (latest edition).
3. Regulations: The Carriage of Dangerous Goods and Use of Transportable Pressure Equipment
4. Regulations 2009 (SI 1348) and the 2011 Amendment (SI 1885).
Derogations: The Carriage of Dangerous Goods: Approved Derogations and Transitional Provisions document.
Identification
What ID do I need to provide?
You must provide either:
- A passport, or
- A driving licence
Can I use another form of identification?
No. Only a passport or driving licence can be accepted for ID verification purposes.
Parking
Is parking available at the training venue?
In most cases, parking is available either at the venue or nearby. We recommend contacting the venue in advance for parking information and directions where required.
Do I need to register my vehicle?
Where required, yes. Please remember to register your vehicle at reception upon arrival.
What if I am attending a course at the Logistics UK office in Tunbridge Wells?

The dress code is smart casual.

Where possible, please consider using public transport to travel to and from the venue.
Exam Results and Certificates
When will I receive my exam results?
For all courses except DGSA, we aim to issue results within 10 working days of course completion.
How will I receive my certificate?
Certificates are issued by email.
Are there any conditions before a certificate can be issued?
Yes. Certificates will only be issued once the course fees have been paid in full.
