How the Course Works
This blended learning course is structured into three key steps:

Participants will start by working through key topics, covering essential areas of transport operations. These modules must be completed before attending the first webinar. Each module takes approximately 45 minutes to complete.

Step 2: Join Two Live Webinars
Participate by attending two live, interactive 3-hour webinars led by a subject matter expert. These sessions reinforce the eLearning topics through discussions, breakout rooms, and case studies, ensuring learners can apply their knowledge in real-world scenarios. Webinars typically take place on different days within the same week.
Step 3: Get Certified
After completing the webinars, take a final multiple-choice assessment to reinforce learning. Upon successful completion, an e-certificate will be issued.
