Who Should Attend?

Vehicle maintenance staff responsible for preventative maintenance safety inspections (PMI) or annual test preparation of PSVs.

Course content

  • Knowledge assessment
  • Operator licensing update
  • Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) enforcement including prohibition system and OCRS update; Traffic Commissioners
  • Review all roles and responsibilities in accordance with the DVSA Guide to Maintaining Roadworthiness.
  • DVSA Inspection Manual updates and critical wear tolerances and standards.
  • Vehicle Inspection procedure (theory only).
